Came across this cafe few months ago when we were in search of a good coffee place and just to relax. We got there and to our surprise it was a cute little spot by the jetty with indoor and outdoor seating.
We ordered coffee and beignet. OMG!! The best beignet ever. It tastes amazing plus its so light that it melts in your mouth.
The next time we were in the area it was morning time and we remembered the coffee and the amazing beignet so we came back. I ordered the Omlette which was ok (it lacked flavor) but my husband got the Smoked Salmon Benedict which was reallyyyy good.
We went back for breakfast again yesterday for the beignet of course and the smoked salmon Benedict. This time i decided to try the lemon blueberry pancakes as the reviews were really good, even though i am not a lemon fan, i still decided to order it. Yummm!!!! It was soft and fluffy and the flavor was nothing like i have ever had before. The lemon flavor was light so I was happy.
Will definitely order the pancakes again, and by now you probably already know our other two order of beignet and smoked salmon Benedict . -

Went here for my husbands bday at 8pm the food was horrible. I was so upset. We had 8 people in our group. 4 ordered fish n chips ALL were burnt.
3 of us had the cauliflower pilaf. In my entire life I have never eaten something so horrible. None of ate our cauliflower dish.
The server noticed asked us a bout it and offered desert comped which was even worse how do you mess up desert.
The only reason I didn't ask for a manager was because it was my husbands bday and didn't want to make a big deal.
When I got the check I couldn't believe they charged us for the cauliflower dishes. It was raw carrots not even cooked the cauliflower wasn't even pilaf it was raw and chunky the flavor was horrendous.
I have included my check we spent $300 here. The only thing they got right was outing the beer and wine.
If there was a negative on food I would give it. The server got it wrong he should have not charged us for un-eatable
I would like a manager to call to resolve this , I have attached my receipt fornr
I have yet to hear from a manager to resolve this , only adds to the poor service and expectation .
I was offered a gift card to eat there again, really? -

Other than the view, this place is completely overrated.
The lobster rolls gave me mud butt.
The service was unorganized, average and sloppy.
I would not ever come back or recommend. There are too many other choices with great views and much better food and service.
Don't come here. -

I chose lighthouse to celebrate my birthday. I called two days in advance to make a reservation and the host told me they won't take reservations for parties bigger than 10. I then asked how I could be accommodated and expressed I wouldn't mind splitting the party in two and they said they would only do that if we wouldn't mind being seated at different times. At that point, there was no point in making a reservation if we were gonna be seated at different times. They told me to just show up and asked to be placed in the waitlist and they would accommodate our party we'd just have to wait to get seated. I showed up this morning with my friends and family and the host said they can't take in a party of my size (15). I asked if we could split the party and they said we'd have to do three separate tables of 5, and we'd get seated at different times. It's been over two hours and I still haven't received an update. The host did mention that we could've gotten a reservation by coming the morning of and requesting the table. I don't understand why they didn't mention that over the phone or why they wouldn't take a reservation for a party my size. Truly disappointing given I've come here several times for the last three years and I've witnessed big parties of 15+ get seated.
Will update accordingly after -

This place is so cute and perfect for brunch! We were able to sit at a table by the bay and it was such a nice view with a relaxing atmosphere.
The service was good, our server would come by our table to check up on us. We started off with ordering our $12 bottomless mimosas. We got steak chilaquiles (HUGE portions!) and a lighthouse benedict. We were able to redeem our check in offer of beignets which were so puffy, light, and sweet which was perfect to top off our meals.
Whether you're seated indoors our outdoors, the restaurant itself is really cute and aesthetic. Overall, good food, very reasonably priced, and good service!
